Tami Hedrick

Tami Hedrick is the Director of Vikings Women and Strategic Development for the Minnesota Vikings, and the Head Coach of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. Before moving into coaching, Tami cheered for the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders in 1998. “My profession by nature is a coach,” says Tami, “one of the things that I respect so much about the Livea program is that you’re not just following a cheat sheet of what to do… they’re coaching you on the good and the bad, and it’s all okay because they help you.”

“I have 7 kids in my home who are watching everything that I’m doing”

In addition to her busy work schedule, Tami is a mom to four children and three step-children. One of her motivations for losing weight with Livea was the impact her meal choices have on her kids. “I have seven kids in my home who are watching everything that I’m doing, and I want to instill in them that health and self-care are really important.”

Tami lost 18 lbs with the Livea program and feels amazing. Speaking about sharing her personal success with Livea, Tami said, “I think that it’s a responsibility that I have as a mom and as a career woman and as someone who works with a lot of women, because everybody everybody at some point in their life probably struggles with weight, whether it’s after having a baby, or ‘I turned 45 last year,’ or different things in life.”
