As the CEO of Livea, my number one priority is the health and safety of all of you, and of our team members. As we continue to learn more about the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, we are all committed to doing our part to prevent the spread of this disease. Many of us have heard that it’s important to stay calm- it’s such an important directive. As we come together to do our part as a community, we must focus on what we can control.
According to the CDC, the number one thing we can do is keep our workplace clean. We have significantly increased the frequency of daily sanitizing of all common areas, surfaces, and all touchpoints. We have also added hand sanitizing stations in all of our lobbies. During this time, we will temporarily discontinue all product sampling.
To maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are not well, please refrain from visiting our locations. We have also asked the same of our team members. In the event you are unable to visit the Center due to an illness, we have established a client engagement plan to continue to offer you the most premier services, which include:

You are welcome to place a product order over the phone and have a family member or friend pick up your products. If needed, we will ship them to your home.
I strongly believe that by following the direction of global and local health experts, we will be doing our part in the prevention of the spread of this disease.
