Avocado Chicken Salad
- 10 oz chicken, diced (~2 cups)
- 1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 3 oz avocado, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Divide into 2 servings.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
