  • • 4 oz. plain, low-fat, Greek yogurt
  • • 1 frozen small banana (or ½ large)
  • • 3 oz. avocado
  • • 1 packet Livea Chocolate Cream
  • Pudding/Shake
  • • 1 tsp. zero-calorie sweetener

Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Blend for 45-60 seconds or until the frozen ingredients are completely
    incorporated and smooth.
    3. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy!
