Caramel Chocolate Chip Truffles
- 1 packet Livea Chocolate Fudge Cup Cake
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup
- 2 Tbsp water
- 3 sprays non-stick cooking spray
1. Combine Chocolate Fudge Cup Cake with sugar-free caramel syrup and water, mix well until batter-like consistency.
2. Cover plate with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray (~3 sprays).
3. Scoop batter by the teaspoon and place on plate (~5 truffles)
4. Freeze for 1.5-2 hours
