Chocolate, Caramel and Vanilla Trifle
- 2 packets Chocolate Caramel Cup-cake
- 2 packets Vanilla Cream pudding/shake
- 12oz. Plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pressurized whipped topping
- 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel syrup
1. Prepare cupcake according to package directions. Allow to cool, and then cut into small cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the vanilla cream shake with Greek yogurt.
3. Evenly divide the yogurt mixture and cake cubes amongst four small trifle or parfait dishes. Top with whipped topping and drizzle with syrup.
