- 6 oz low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 3 cups peeled, thinly-sliced cucumber
1. Whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, dill, and salt and pepper.
2. Pour over sliced cucumbers and stir to cover.
3. Chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
