- 4 packets Livea Creamy Dulce de Leche Pudding/Shake
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened original or vanilla almond or cashew milk
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted or softened
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a medium bowl, mix together the Livea Pudding/Shakes and baking powder. Add milk, butter or margarine, and vanilla extract, stir until well combined (it will appear dry but continue mixing until dough forms)
3.Using a spoon, scoop out dough into eight small balls and place onto a foil-lined, lightly-greased baking sheet. Using a fork, flatten the mounds to create a criss-cross pattern. Sprinkle tops with salt.
4.Bake until edges are lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes.
