  • 1 packet Livea Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 large pasteurized egg, separated
  • 1/4 tsp rum extract
  • Pinch nutmeg


    1. Combine Vanilla Cream mix, milk, and egg yolk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer, beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
    3. Place beaten egg white into a glass, and pour shake mixture over top. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
