Fattoush Salad

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ground sumac
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

    1. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber into a large bowl.
    2. In a separate dish, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings until thoroughly combined.
    3. Pour vinaigrette over the vegetables and toss.
    4. Enjoy!
