- 1 packet Livea Mocha Cream Pudding/Shake
- 4 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk
- 4 oz. strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 Tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup, divided
- 2 Tbsp. pressurized whipped topping
1. Combine the Livea Mocha Cream Pudding/Shake, milk, coffee, ice, peppermint extract, and one tablespoon of the chocolate syrup in a blender; blend until smooth and icy.
2. Pour into a glass or cup. Top with whipped topping, and drizzle with remaining chocolate syrup.
