Mint Cocoa Almond Bark
- • 2 packets Livea Mint Hot Co-coa
- • 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- • 3 oz. water
- • 1/3 oz. almonds, sliced
Method
1. In a small bowl combine cocoa mix with butter and water. Stir until smooth.
2. Lay parchment paper in a small baking dish (8” x 6” or smaller). Pour mint cocoa batter into the pan and spread out evenly.
3. Sprinkle almond slices on top and place in freezer for 1 hour.
4. Once set, break almond bark into pieces. Divide portion in half and enjoy with a friend or return one half of the almond bark to the freezer and enjoy another time.
