- 2 packets Livea Hot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 oz. chopped walnuts (optional)
1. Combine the oatmeal, almond milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Allow mixture to sit, covered, overnight. Sprinkle walnuts on top before serving.
