Shamrock Shake Parfait
- 1 packet Livea Chocolate Fudge Cup Cake
- 1 packet Livea Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake
- 3/4 cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- 1/4 cup pressurized whipped topping
1. Cook Livea Cup Cake according to package directions. Let cool, and then crumble into small pieces.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine Livea Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake, Greek yogurt, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring, and mix until smooth.
3. Place one-quarter of the Chocolate Fudge Cup Cake's crumbles into each of the bottoms of two pint-size glasses or mason jars. Top each with one-quarter of shake mixture. Repeat layers once more. Top with whipped topping and serve!
