St. Patty’s Pistachio Crunch

  • 6 oz low-fat Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar-free and fat-free pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 Livea Crispy Chocolate Coconut bar, crumbled
  • 9 unsalted pistachios, crushed

Method

    1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl and add pistachio pudding mix. Using a fork or a spoon, beat the mixture until smooth and lump free.
    2. Sprinkle the crumbled Crispy Chocolate Coconut bar and the crushed pistachios over the top of the pudding and serve.
