Very Vanilla & Lime Mousse
- 1 package sugar-free, lime gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 ice cubes
- 6 oz cold water
- 1 package Livea Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake
- 1 Livea Very Vanilla Bar
1. Put sugar-free lime gelatin mix in a bowl, add boiling water, and stir until gelatin dissolves.
2. Add two ice cubes and stir until ice melts. Refrigerate until almost gelled.
3. Remove from refrigerator and beat with electric mixer until frothy.
4. Mix Livea Vanilla Cream pudding/shake in 6oz. of water, slowly add to frothy gelatin mix and blend.
5. Chop up Livea Very Vanilla Bar in small pieces and fold into gelatin mix. Divide mousse into two serving dishes.
