Walking Tacos
- 1 bag Livea Spicy Queso Chips
- 3.75 oz 93% lean ground turkey or beef
- 1/4 cup 2% reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
- 1.5 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp. salsa
Method
1. In a skillet, sauté turkey or beef until cooked through.
2. Open a bag of Livea Spicy Queso Nacho chips, add cooked turkey or beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, bell pepper, shredded cheese and salsa.
3. Toss ingredients with a fork and enjoy!
