Livea Weight Control Centers offers a clinically proven approach to weight loss and weight management. Our center teams plan and implement a wide spectrum of weight loss and weight management options including proven meal replacements, weight loss medication, coaching clients on how to lose weight and equipping them with the knowledge to make the right decisions that will determine their long term success!

• Must have proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Provide ongoing training and development for their team of professional weight loss consultants
• Lead Center team in procedures, policies and tasks
• Meet weekly center goals and expectations
• Conduct consultations with new clients, develop individualized programs to motivate clients for long term success, and provide education on the science of weight loss
• Provide exceptional client service and motivation
• Have excellent communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face

• Meet the needs of our clients by providing all program services and tools via weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
• Serve as the main resource for educating clients on overcoming the challenges of weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
• Answer phones and schedule consultations with new clients
• Assist Center Directors with onsite consultations
• Support, motivate and educate clients on the Livea program, healthy eating habits, and the science of weight loss
• Exceed Center goals and expectations through delivering exceptional client service
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and face-to-face

• RNs/LPNs/NPs
• Administer weight loss medication injections in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Conduct blood panels and accurately interpret and communicate the results to clients and other healthcare providers
• Provide medication management services, including monitoring medication adherence, reviewing potential drug interactions, and addressing client concerns related to medication usage
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans based on their health goals and dietary needs
• Offer guidance and support to clients in adopting healthy behaviors and making sustainable lifestyle changes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and policies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients
