Jump start your day with Livea!

The best part is that you don’t need to be super-fit or belong to a gym to commit. You can do it at home, at the office, or with a buddy! Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

Each day you will choose two different exercises to complete twice each day. Choosing different exercises daily is a great way to keep you from getting into an exercise rut and keep your muscles working efficiently. Each exercise is also customizable to reflect your current fitness level! The goal is to get you stronger, fitter and healthier at your own pace.

Perform two sets of two exercises five days per week.

  • Follow the example calendar or choose any two exercises from the list to perform.
  • Utilize the recommended repetition range or adjust to your current fitness level.
