Livea Energy Bites
- 1 packet Livea Chocolate Chip Flapjacks
- 1 packet Livea Hot Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp toasted, unsweetened coconut flakes
1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
2. Form mixtures into balls of whatever size you would like.
3. Roll each ball in the coconut flakes.
4. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
