  • 2 packets Livea Hot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 oz. chopped walnuts (optional)

Method

    1. Combine the oatmeal, almond milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
    2. Allow mixture to sit, covered, overnight. Sprinkle walnuts on top before serving.
