  • 25 oz cooked 93% lean ground beef
  • 2 14.5oz cans Italian diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup natural tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup green peppers, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 packet Splenda or Stevia

Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
    2. Cook on low for 8 hours
