- 1 packet Live Caramel Latte Pudding/Shake
- 1/2 cup ice
- 6-oz. plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 2 Tbsp. pressurized whipped topping
1. Combine first four ingredients, and 1 Tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass or mason jar. Top with whipped topping and drizzle with remaining syrup.
